Custom Orders

From time to time I offer custom spots with our sold out products where available, so if you have your eye on something please be sure to contact us if a product is sold out.

Garment Care

Please hand wash only. Although a very gentle machine with a cold handwash function and no spin dry has been tried and tested it is recommended for longevity of your handmade products to always handwash and dry flat in shade. Check your care label on your garment. For the hand dyed ombré if you can add a teaspoon of natural salt to your handwash but do not leave to soak, just a quick handwash and squeeze excess water and dry romper upright in shade.

Returns/Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size/colour choice. If your item is faulty please contact us. Each and every item is professionally handmade, quality checked personally and made with extreme love and care.

Shipping

If you need to combine orders I am more than happy to do that if orders are unpacked and unsent. Please email me order details to organise combining and any refund due.

Headwraps purchased do not have tracking or signature on delivery included so if you require this for your Headwraps please contact us or add tracking available in the products listing. All other AUS orders include a tracking number and are regular postage. International orders do not include tracking or insurance. If you require this or faster shipping please contact us. Once orders are dispatched we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your products which is why we highly recommend adding tracking to your order.
